Telstra Young Business Woman 2013 award winner, Aimee Marks, is the founder and CEO of TOM Organic, Australia's leading organic personal care brand.
Aimee was just 18 when she decided to change the face of women's personal hygiene, creating a tampon which was both better for women's health and for the environment. TOM Organic has gone from strength to strength with two additional product lines being added, Tooshies by TOM, eco-nappies and biodegradable baby wipes.
Aimee is a savvy and consciously aware business woman and entrepreneur who aside from being awarded the Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year Victoria in 2013, was also awarded the Australian Organic Young Leader 2014, topped the Smart Company Magazine’s Hot 30 under 30 in 2015 and 2016 and received the Victorian Young Achiever Award.
