About Alison Venter

Alison Venter is an Early Childhood educator with over 20 years of teaching experience.

She has been an early career leader and instructional coach (Deputy Principal) in a K-10 school. She worked for 3 years as an Education Consultant with Independent Schools Tasmania. Alison is now leading a team, working with disengaged Year 11 & 12 students supporting them to engage in a learning, training or employment pathway.

Alison believes her physical disability is not a barrier in demonstrating her passion for quality teaching and learning and modelling that adversity does not define your circumstances in your personal, social, and working life.
