About Ashleigh Small

Ashleigh Small is the Founder and CEO of Hello Initiative, a not-for-profit organisation that strives to improve the social and judicial outcomes for young people engaged in the youth justice sector.

Ashleigh founded Hello Initiative as a student at just 23-years old and has worked at the intersection of social services and innovation across a number of domains including health, justice, and youth services.

Ashleigh is passionate about using innovation to drive change in the community and has been recognised locally and nationally for her work including as a finalist in the 2021 Young Australian of the Year WA.
