About Brennon Dowrick

Brennon Dowrick is one of Australia’s most successful male gymnasts and now an internationally in demand motivational speaker.

After competing at two Olympic Games, three Commonwealth Games and 7 Gymnastics World Championships and winning countless Gold medals for his country, Brennon knows a lot about setting and achieving goals. Spending 18 years on scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport, Brennon discovered the importance of taking every opportunity presented to him to allow him to achieve his Olympic dream.

Now a successful business owner and conference speaker, Brennon’s unique and powerful presentation delivers valuable and effective content in an unforgettable way that inspire audiences all over the world.

In addition to speaking Brennon was on the board of Gymnastics Australia in charge of High Performance and has been awarded an OAM for his achievements and services to gymnastics.
