About Chris Robb

Chris Robb’s life reads like a novel. His amazing journey has allowed him to impact the lives of millions of people by creating and delivering mass sports events like the 60,000 runner Singapore Marathon.

There have been countless highlights, like working on the Sydney Olympics, but Chris came from humble beginnings, growing up poor on a farm in Zimbabwe in the midst of an independence war.

His first business was started with a few thousand dollars and grew into a multi-million-dollar international company which he sold to IRONMAN.

Chris’s belief is that our greatest opportunities to grow and learn come from times of extreme pressure - “disasters”, that are in fact gifts.
