A partner at Blenheim Partners, an elite executive search and advisory board firm, Deborah Thomas is on of only a few Australian women to have run an ASX 200 listed company. She has edited and managed some of Australia's most popular magazines including Cleo, Elle, Mode (Harper's Bazaar) and The Australian Women's Weekly, and was Mark Bouris' advisor for 3 years on Celebrity Apprentice. Highlights of her board career include, three years as deputy chair of the National Library, executive director of the Bangkok Post /ACP joint venture, which publishes CLEO Thailand and non executive director of the National Breast and Ovarian Cancer Centre (now Cancer Australia). She was elected to local government as a councillor for Woollahra in 2012, completing her five-year term in August 2017.
