He has an impressive and outstanding background in leadership. Founder of DCXP, a worldwide expedition business, Duncan went on to guide summit Everest three times, lead five Antarctic expeditions, successfully lead climbs to the 7 summits, lead over 80+ expeditions worldwide spanning 20 years of mountaineering experience and work as a professionally qualified mountain guide.

Duncan is the founder and full time Executive Director of ASX listed Northern Cobalt Ltd (ASX:N27) and also founded DCXP, a world wide expedition business.
