His lectures on Money, Life, and Joy marrying capitalism with spiritualism and offer listeners a playbook on how to drive dramatic transformation through the delicate interplay of soul and brand, servant leadership and people-centered technology.

In 2021 Rhee was named the John H. Johnson Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship at Howard University and will also serve as Senior Advisor to the newly launched Howard University Center for Women, Gender and Global Leadership.
