After experiencing childhood abuse, Jess founded BRAVE, a charity dedicated to supporting and educating young people affected by sexual harm.
A proud Māori woman and storyteller, she works as a journalist for Te Ao Māori News at Māori Television, sharing stories that uplift, inform, and inspire.
With authenticity and grace, Jess speaks to audiences about resilience, courage, and purpose, empowering others to turn adversity into strength and to use their voices for impact and healing.
