About Jonathan Pease

Jonathan Pease (JP) is a renowned creative and communications expert with over 25 years of experience in marketing and media.

During his career, JP has worked with some of the most influential global brands, including Nike, Disney, UBS, Coca-Cola, and Chanel.

He began his career at BBDO New York in the ‘90s and later founded the award-winning creative agency Tongue in Australia.

JP currently leads the strategic consultancy firm Delorean and founded the executive coaching program Winning The Room.

In 2023, he published his debut book, Winning the Room – Public Speaking Skills for Unforgettable Storytelling.

Alongside his corporate career, JP starred as a Style Director and Judge on Australia's Next Top Model and co-owns Oyster Magazine.

His philanthropic work includes co-founding the Sohn Hearts & Minds conference.
