Michael Henderson is a Corporate Anthropologist, which means, he has a degree in anthropology (the study of human beings as curators of culture) and uses the knowledge and insight this understanding of culture provides in his work supporting companies to create high performance cultures.
He has been working with organisations and overseen or supported over 300 culture transformation journeys worldwide. Michael is the author of ten books on organisational culture and his approach to company culture has been described by the global expert in this filed Professor Edgar Schein, of the M.I.T Sloan School of Management, as "The missing link" for organisations to be able to truly understand what culture is and what it does and how to aligns as a strategic asset.
