About Michelle Lee

Michelle Lee is the first Australian female to row solo across any ocean, after completing the world’s toughest ocean race, the 2018 Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge in just over 68 days.

As a former finance worker she wanted to challenge herself and set out to prove her motto – “start thinking you can, and you will”.

Two years ago, she had never picked up an oar. On the ocean it was about survival, today she tells her story to motivate and prove when you think you have nothing left in your tank “there is shedloads left”.
