About Nicole Webb

Nicole Webb has been a journalist for more than 20 years and was a key player as a News Reader at Sky News Australia, before taking a leap of faith and moving to Hong Kong in 2010 with her hotelier husband, where she became the go to girl for anything media related and started her critically acclaimed blog: Mint Mocha Musings: The Hotelier’s Wife, an Expat Affair in Asia.

In 2014, Nicole and her family moved to Xi’an, a city of 9 million in 2nd tier China, where they lived for 2.5 years. Navigating life in a foreign city is one of Nicole’s biggest achievements thus far (as is mastering chopsticks).
