Paul Mercurio AM has had a remarkable career as a performer, a choreographer, director, media personality and cook.

Paul Mercurio is well known for the film Strictly Ballroom and his time on Dancing with the Stars . He has hosted two series of the food and travel series, The Food Trail and four series of his own food and travel show Mercurio's Menu .

As a cook and foodie, Paul Mercurio has published several cookbooks including Mercurio’s Menu and Cooking with Beer .

Paul Mercurio was a featured chef on Channel Nines Mornings Program throughout 2013 and became a Guinness Book of Records Holder for the fastest sorting of coloured jelly babies using chopsticks! August 2015 saw the release of his third cook book – Kitchen Mojo .

In between acting engagements, choreographic engagements, speaking engagements, teaching engagements, hosting engagements and other, you know - engagements, he is constantly developing and nurturing other interests in his life – the most important being his wife and three daughters. There is more that could be said about Paul and there is more to come but importantly his cholesterol levels remain low and he is enjoying life!
