About Peter Schofield

Professor Schofield is executive director and CEO of NeuRA (Neuroscience Research Australia), one of Australia’s leading independent centres for neuroscience research. He is also a Professor of Medicine at UNSW Sydney. He has worked in both the biotechnology industry and in medical research institutes in the US, Germany and Australia. At the Garvan Institute he held multiple NHMRC Research Fellowships and was director of the Neurobiology Program.
