About Renee Holmes
Renee Holmes is one of New Zealand’s most electrifying rugby talents, known as the flying fullback who helped the Black Ferns claim Rugby World Cup victory in 2022.
Before becoming the team’s powerhouse kicker, Renee had already represented New Zealand in three sports, frisbee, football, and taekwondo.
Originally from Gisborne, she has combined her athletic achievements with a Bachelor of Health, Sport and Human Performance, giving her a rare understanding of both the physical and mental dimensions of elite performance.
